Commitment to Close the Gap clear for Western Sydney Catholic schools
Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) has released its first annual Closing the Gap report. This report outlines its contribution to improving socio-economic outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, particularly students and their families. CSPD Chief Executive Officer Jack de Groot said the report reflects the dedication of CSPD’s 6 500 staff in fostering reconciliation and equity through the organisation’s 80 outstanding school across Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains.

📜✨ Year 1's Exciting Visit to Fairfield Museum! ✨📜 Earlier this week, our Year 1 students stepped back in time at Fairfield Museum, exploring the past in a fun and interactive way! 🏡📖 They had a wonderful time learning about how people lived, worked, and played long ago. From old-fashioned tools to historical stories, the experience brought history to life for our curious learners! 🏺🎩 Thank you to the amazing museum staff for making this visit so special.

🌟 Year 6 Canberra Excursion 🌟 Last week, our Year 6 students had an unforgettable time on their overnight excursion to Canberra! 🇦🇺✨ Over two jam-packed days, they explored some of our nation’s most significant sites, including the National Capital Exhibition, Australian War Memorial, Australian Institute of Sport, Questacon, Parliament House, and Old Parliament House. From learning about Australia’s history to experiencing hands-on science fun, it was an adventure to remember! A huge thank you to our amazing teachers and staff for making this trip possible.
