Facilities and Resources
St Anthony's provides modern learning spaces that support collaboration and enhance a variety of educational experiences.
The learning spaces at St Anthony's are designed to enhance the learning opportunities of our students.
From the latest technology to flexible seating options and adaptable class sizes, students will learn how to work both independently and as part of a small or large group depending on the task at hand.
We believe teaching is not confined to four walls, which is why we use a range of different spaces to engage students in their learning. This includes breakout areas for small group or one on one work, arts and crafts areas, reading corners, outdoor learning spaces and dedicated areas for play-based learning. Our vibrant and modern spaces also allow whole grades to come together for collaboration.
Our library is a favourite for all students who use it for reading, games, craft activities. Every class visits at least weekly to borrow books and develop their love of reading.
Students at St Anthony's also enjoy making the most of the school's outdoor areas. These include sports courts, grassy areas, play equipment and gardens.
Basketball/ Netball Court
Our outdoor sports zone includes a basketball/netball court that is a popular choice for active break time play.
We strive to offer our children a range of activities and sporting opportunities that help to develop the whole person. Our grassed oval is used for sports lessons and recreation.
Our handball playground allows students to participate in physical activity and build friendships in a fun way. In this area of our playground we also have plenty of shaded seating for students.
Our playground spaces have a range of active and passive play spaces for the students to enjoy with a variety of exciting features including slides, climbing equipment and a sandpit.
