Parents are significant members of the community and are invited to participate in the school.
This is done through the School Community Group (SCG), as well as through formal and informal parent groups, volunteer roles in school events, and social activities.
Parents are invited to participate in liturgical celebrations in the school, and we encourage them to join us and participate in assemblies.
Parents are invited to become involved in classroom activities, and to provide support with various school events and excursions. Many of these events can only happen with the generous support of parents. If every family is able to commit to supporting one event each year, then we can easily have enough help to ensure that every event is a success.
School Community Group
The School Community Group meet regularly each term. The SCG's focus is to provide opportunities to build on St Anthony's strong community spirit, particularly amongst parents and families, and to find ways of supporting the school through projects such as fundraising. Check our newsletter and Skoolbag app regularly for notices of upcoming SCG meetings and events.
